  2. Differentiate between subjective and objective data.
  3. Describe the skills used in the physical assessment: inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation.
  4. Discuss the guidelines for the client interview and health history.
  5. Describe methods and techniques used to obtain subjective and objective data during the physical assessment.
  6. Organize a physical assessment using the CCBC Conceptual Framework concepts and threads.
  7. Discuss the lifespan considerations when performing the physical assessment.
  8. Perform a systematic physical assessment using the CCBC Conceptual Framework concepts and threads.
  9. Differentiate between normal and abnormal assessment findings.
  10. Report and record abnormal assessment findings which occur during client care.
  11. Use appropriate terminology when documenting assessment findings.
